Territory Development

In this opportunity, you are going to help the team forge partnerships and practices to support our operations. You’ll need to be an efficiency ninja and a master of interpersonal communications.


  • Conceptualize, research and execute strategies that will keep us on the path to nationwide dominance
  • As a member of a small high-performing team, you will also be tasked with executing said strategies
  • Find and secure strategic partnerships to expedite expansion and create new opportunities
  • Attend trade shows and other market events
  • Build lasting relationships with local associations, interest groups, and committees
  • Stay constantly up to date on new developments and opportunities

Operations Assistant

You must be reliable, organized, adaptive, and capable of managing the day-to-day administrative needs of our business. The ideal candidate is efficient, resourceful, determined, a great communicator, and has a positive attitude. This job will include the occasional errand or site visit, so a car is necessary.

This position is on average 15-20 hours per week ~ Monday-Friday and the occasional Saturday.


  • Answering phones for the office and management team
  • Managing calendar and scheduling tasks
  • Managing emails
  • Making PowerPoint presentations that are client-ready.
  • Willing to run errands of all kinds such as getting lunch, site visits, dry cleaning, etc. as needed
  • Invoicing/Bookkeeping
  • Other ad hoc tasks as needed


  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience.
  • High school diploma required. Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including intermediate/advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Advanced communication skills (verbal, written, electronic) and superior phone skills.
  • Multi-tasking ability and able to function under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Able to lift and carry materials for the office (up to 20 lbs).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this opportunity, you are going to help cement the image and practices of our operations. You’ll need to be master of peer-to-peer communications.
