Doorstep Waste Collection

  • Residents place a tied 13-gallon plastic bag inside the receptacle with the lid fully closed. Any cardboard is flattened, bound, and placed behind the receptacle.

  • The EnviroClean valet collects the contents from the doorstep using a leak-proof vinyl satchel and empties it into the onsite compactor/dumpster.

  • EnviroClean will collect the contents 5 nights a week.

  • Residents must retrieve their containers.

Pet Waste Collection

  • We will empty the pet waste station trash cans on a weekly basis.

  • Communities provide the bags for the stations, and we will handle the rest.

Common Area Checks

  • The EnviroClean team collaborates with you to maintain a clean environment.

  • Every collection night, our team inspects the common area trash cans and replaces them as necessary.

Recycling Management

  • Residents seal recyclables in blue or clear recycling bags, then place the bags in the Enviro-can along with their bagged trash.

  • The EnviroClean team member will collect and place all recyclable items in their designated on-site recycling containers.

  • Recycling is collected 5 nights a week.

Light Audit

  • We conduct monthly community light audits to ensure that your community remains well-lit and safe for everyone.

  • During this audit, we inspect both the interior and exterior lights throughout the area.

  • You can find the reports from these audits on your Client Panel.

Dumpster to Compactor Conversions

  • EnviroClean is here to assist you with your compactor needs.

  • We will ensure that the compactor area is clean and clear for your on-site team after the collection has been completed.
