Our Process

Gather your items and place them in a tied 13-gallon plastic bag. Once the bag is securely tied, put it inside the provided EnviroClean receptacle.

Place your receptacle outside your unit one hour before collection services begin. If you have any cardboard, please flatten it, bind it together, and place it behind your receptacle.

EnviroClean will collect items placed correctly inside your receptacle. Any items left outside or not following guidelines will be photographed and reported to your onsite management team.

Once the collection is complete, bring your receptacle back inside. Remember, only place your receptacle outside during the designated collection times

Step 1- preparing your contents

Gather your items and place them in a tied 13-gallon plastic bag. Once the bag is securely tied, put it inside the provided EnviroClean receptacle.

Step 2- place your receptacle outside

Place your receptacle outside your unit one hour before collection services begin. If you have any cardboard, please flatten it, bind it together, and place it behind your receptacle.

Step 3- contents are collected

A member of the EnviroClean team will collect the contents from your receptacle, provided they follow the collection guidelines. If any items are placed outside the receptacle and do not meet the guidelines, a photo of the violation will be taken and submitted to your onsite management team for further action.

Step 4- bring your receptacle back inside

Once the collection is complete, bring your receptacle back inside. Remember, only place your receptacle outside during the designated collection times

What Is Accepted

  • Flattened and bound cardboard.
  • Tied plastic 13-gallon trash bags inside the receptacle with the lid closed.
  • Weighing less than 25 lbs.

My trash was not collected…Why?

Common Reasons for Missed Trash Collection

1. Putting your trash out too late

  • Collection begins at your community’s assigned time.
  • If you place your trash out even a few minutes late, the valet may have already passed your unit.

2. Your contents are not inside of the receptacle with the lid closed. 

  • All contents must be inside of the receptacle with the lid fully closed.

Important Reminders

  • Containers may remain outside until 9:00 AM the following morning.
  • All trash must be in a tied 13-gallon plastic bag.
  • All cardboard must be flattened and bundled.
  • All bags must fit inside the provided receptacle with the lid fully closed.
    (This signals that the trash is intended for collection.)

Still Having Issues?

Your issue will be documented and forwarded to your community’s EnviroClean Waste Solutions manager.

Your community leasing office assigns, distributes, and tracks the EnviroClean Waste Solutions containers for their residents. Please request one from your leasing office.

There is a weight limit for your contents. If your contents weigh more than 25 lbs., you must separate them into two tied plastic bags for secure collection.
